Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
• Used or worn items cannot be returned
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date
• Items must be accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
• Size/color exchanges are subject to availability

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We will cover return shipping costs only for defective items, damaged items, or incorrect items shipped

Condition Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or use will be returned to sender

Defective/Damaged Items

• Defective or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Photo documentation of damage/defects may be required
• We will provide a prepaid return label for defective/damaged items

To Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Contact us via email or our Contact Page
2. If applicable, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Package item securely with all original materials
4. Include RAN on return package

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
